Sailing Club: Race Captain

Hi all, I'd love to be formally nominated for the race captain position. I know this election will come as a surprise t0o many of you- Alec has been making me do race captain stuff for weeks without it being my official position so getting some recognition could be nice.

For my credentials, please see attached image. As you can tell, I've been out on the water for a while. I may even have sailed in a team racing event or two. Perhaps you could go as far as to say that I helped getting our teams qualified for finals in two different years. Indisputable is that I love sailing and will be out on the water at any given opportunity.

I guess I also promise to get us to more BUCS events than ever before (we're already on track), as well as organise training sessions for us every Wednesday and Saturday (even in glassy conditions if you want).
