Election post
Hello magicians!
I'm Pranav and I've been performing magic for the past year (to varying levels of success), and I am interested in being your next events producer.
Why? Because why not? I was a part of our annual magic show, Ain't No Way, last year and had a wonderful time. And I intend to make sure every performer and audience member feels the same way this year.
Being based on such an interesting performative art, the magic society deserves the best shows and I plan to make give you the shows you deserve. I’m eager to take on the challenge of planning events that create a magical atmosphere, where members can show off what they've learnt, connect with other magicians, and grow their love for magic (while also hopefully growing the club's bank balance).
I’m not just here to pull rabbits out of hats (though I’m working on that); I’m here to ensure that every detail is handled. From planning to packing up, budgets to briefings, I’m dedicated to making each event as smooth as a palm (that I still struggle with here and there). And if things don’t go as planned? Well, that’s why magicians always keep a trick or two up their sleeves!
