Vaishnavi Pillewar

I am standing for the role of Welfare Officer because I am passionate about supporting others and ensuring that every HIPS member has a fulfilling, positive experience. My background in dentistry and over a year of experience as a Patient Engagement Manager, has equipped me with the skills to understand and address the well-being needs of individuals in a supportive and organized way. Having worked with diverse teams, creating environments where everyone feels comfortable, motivated, and valued.

In my previous role, I managed patient engagement and coordinated well-being initiatives, focusing on communication, support, and responsiveness. I understand the importance of having a welcoming space to discuss ideas and share challenges, and I am committed to ensuring HIPS members have the same. If elected, I will implement regular check-ins and well-being resources, feedback channels to ensure each member’s voice is heard and to make HIPS a truly supportive community.

My vision for HIPS is to foster a community where innovation and personal growth go hand-in-hand. I aim to provide a foundation of support that enables our members to be confident, collaborate with peers, and build lasting networks. I am committed to making a meaningful impact, and I believe my experience and dedication to member well-being make me well-suited to contribute meaningfully as Welfare Officer.

Hannah Lee

Healthcare innovation has always been my field of interest and I believe joining the committee would stretch myself further along with forming new connections. Apart from the opportunities for  personal development, I am eager to withstand every part of the role as a welfare officer and be the active point of contact in case of any wellbeing issues of the society members. I believe I can tackle individual wellbeing appropriately since I have struggled myself as a fresher last year, and also for larger disputes since I have experienced leadership roles constantly throughout my high school. I would put in my best effort to make HIPS strive as a healthy community where every individual can benefit from.
