Film and TV Society: Workshop and Culture Producer

You should be able to utilise Film and TV Society’s equipment and studio fully. As Workshop and Culture Producer I would ensure that all members are given ample opportunity to learn how the society’s equipment works, alongside how films are made, reaching out to industry professionals for deeper insight. I live 10 minutes' walk from campus and have a very flexible university schedule. Additionally, my department building is across the road from the studio on Gordon Street. I love learning how films are made almost as much as I love making films, as I am sure most of you do too, and I would love to cultivate a community of open dialogue and discussion which is judgement free. I have worked with the society’s equipment many times before, as such I am very familiar with it and happy to help.

In summary, if you want to swiftly and easily learn how to use the studio equipment, alongside mastering the fundamentals of filmmaking, all while having fun, vote for me.
