I'm running for this position as I believe that Catholics should be inclusive; ignorance leads to prejudice so understanding and respect of other religions is integral to our faith, as well as getting to know our God through the act of worship. I also believe that our relationship with God is most strengthened in dedicated time spent with Him and thus I would like to create an environment where everyone is free and encouraged to do so. Thanks in advance for your support!

Esme Chapman

As a convert, I understand what it’s like to be a non-Catholic and can therefore relate to people who have never been Catholic and/or are exploring the faith. I have really enjoyed attending Masses, and UCL CathSoc events at Newman House over the past year and I would love to contribute back to the community by being interfaith officer.
