Lujain Khan

Hey everyone! I'm Lujain, a second-year Politics of Science student, and I’m running to be your Events Representative for the Arab and North African Society. ANAS has been my definitely been my favourite society I've joined at UCL and I’d love the chance to help grow it and make it even better.

I have lots of ideas to make our events more exciting, dynamic, and a true reflection of our community. I want to bring in more inter-university collaborations, lively game nights, sports days, and socials that are as vibrant and welcoming as our culture itself. My goal is for every event to be a space where we can celebrate who we are and create a memorable atmosphere.

I believe I would make a great events rep due to my organisation, reliability, creativity and passion to make ANAS one of the highlights of your week. As a second-year, I feel like I’ve had time to get a sense of what works for our society and what we could add to make it even better. Therefore, I'm excited to have the opportunity to follow through on ideas, whilst working alongside a great committee.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to have your vote to make all this happen!
