Ukrainian Society Constitution Amendment

Summary of Changes

As our society is continuously growing, the current committee made a decision to include two more roles in the committee, that will be introduced during the Leadership Race for 2024/25 Academic Year.

The positions that we added are:
Vice President -- in charge of assisting and advising President and the Committee at meetings, assist in the preparing of the agenda, and creating the merchandise for the Ukrainian society. In case of absence of the position’s vacancy the responsibilities are transmitted to the President.

Sponsorship Manager -- in charge of finding sponsors and funding for the Ukrainian Society. In case of the position’s vacancy the responsibilities are transmitted to the Treasurer.
