Fencing Club Constitution Amendment

Summary of Changes

At the end of the BUCS league the position of Women's second captain was removed and replaced with the position of friendly captain, so the constitution was amended accordingly. Upon re-reading the constitution the committee decided that the formatting was not ideal and decided to reformat it to make it easier to understand. Aside from this, sections outlining committee meetings, AGMs, EGMs, elections, resignations, votes of no confidence and committee meetings were also added. The roles of the committee members were also expanded upon to remove ambiguity.
