"One of the first requests I received from students was to have lockers within Bentham House. Over the course of two meetings with faculty during Term 1, I pitched for the same. The pressing reason was that students usually spent their entire day at Bentham due to the variety of events held by the Law Society which meant that easy access to essential needs was a necessity especially for students who lived far away from campus. My role entailed ensuring faculty was aware of the importance of the need and how students would benefit from it. By term 2, lockers were installed within Bentham and Bentham is now one of the four locations on the UCL campus where lockers are available"

"I've been working on an issue for research students related to locker access in the workrooms. I raised this at an SSCC meeting and have been working through options with students however, with the pandemic, this is on hold as we no longer know when we might have access to the building or be allowed to use the lockers."

This has really helped students as they can now save time and spend more time at Bentham House."

"Implementing a common room in our faculty was a great step for me this year."

"Changing the common room - we found out what was needed and lacking before the pandemic, and gathered feedback on what people would like. We
then contacted staff and ensured we achieved 70% feedback in the NSS to gain the money. We achieved changes such as getting whiteboards for the common room when people return."
