Welcome to UCL's new and official Libertarian Society: UCLiberty! UCLiberty aims to discuss and promote Libertarian and Classical Liberal values at a time where such values seem woefully under-represented in government and policymaking – values which, up until now, were completely unrepresented at the UCLSU. We believe that people should be free to live their own lives how they see fit so long as they don't infringe on the rights of others to do the same.

Given the current pandemic, most of our events will be held on an ad-hoc basis. To make sure you're in the loop, contact the president (zctqgrm@ucl.ac.uk) so you can be added to the mailing list and/or WhatsApp group chat.

We hope to host the following events (all conforming to the ever-updating national and SU rules and regulations):

- pub socials (when restrictions are eased)

- in-person meetups (when restrictions are eased)

- online socials

- debates (online and in person when restrictions are eased)

- speaker events (online and in person when restrictions are eased)

- campaigning

- events in line with the creation of Official UCL Libertarian Society media (magazines, podcasts, journals etc.)
