The Gulf Society aims to represent the Gulf Cooperation Council countries; Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman at UCL. The more specific purpose is to create a platform that brings together the communities these students identify with, and inform students who are less familiar with these countries about the region’s cultural, societal, political and economical complexities. This society also aims to present the opportunity to connect like-minded individuals within the UCL campus and with other University of London Gulf societies.

The events we're hosting will be educational and entertaining whether it tackles local gastronomy, societal hot topics or political debates.

Purchasing a membership to our Gulf society will give you access to all of our events and activities as your membership fee will go towards the running of the society.
