We know things are tight financially for many of you right now, so we're launching new super-low cost breakfast and lunchtime meals in the George Farha Cafe. These will help you eat well without breaking the bank. From Monday 21 November, you'll be able to get a hot breakfast for less than £2, and a hot lunch for £2.50.

The £1.95 hot breakfast

Available in George Farha Café, 9:00 – 11:00

Getting a good breakfast in on campus just got easier.

The five-item breakfast pot for £1.95 includes Bacon, Sausage, Egg, Hash Brown, and Beans (vegan options available).

You'll also be able to buy the items individually to build your own breakfast:

  • Hash Brown 40p
  • Beans 40p

Free Hot Water

All of our cafes will provide you with hot water, free of charge.

That means you can bring your noodle pot, cup-a-soup or even teabag and we'll fill you up. Bringing your own lunch in doesn't just have to mean soggy sandwiches.


Microwaves

If you've bought food on to campus (great money saving tip) then you can heat it up in one of the campus microwaves

You're always welcome to heat your food up and take a seat in any of our spaces.
