Unlock the power of your scientific voice at our Science Communication Slam month of events!

We have an exciting line-up of events for you to choose from! Take part in one or all of our events throughout the month.

Ever get asked by your family or friends, what is your research about? Struggle to get them to understand? This is more common than you think and is a super good indicator that you’re ready to work on your science communication skills!

We are offering dynamic training sessions throughout May that provide a crash course in effective science communication. Choose from a menu of options and build yourself your own learning pathway, based on what you need.

Take the opportunity to put into practice your new skills in our very first Slam! This is your chance to present a piece of your work through a captivating 3-minute talk. It’ll be your toughest test yet – a panel of experts from the non-profit sector!

One Slamming student will take home a £150 Love-To-Shop voucher!

Our schedule of events is below. Some events are still to be announced so register for what excites you and watch this space for more!
