This event is only for students completing their dissertations through the Community Research Initiative.

What's in store?

This fun and interactive event will be the launch of the CRIS Cohort for 24/25, for all students conducting community engaged research. We are already so proud of how much you have all accomplished and learned, and we can't wait to see your research unfold over the summer.

The Launch will be a relaxed event but will also include important informational content about the timeline for the summer so please save the date and make sure you are free.

Full agenda to come by April 7th!

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?

Just your lovely self and a water bottle!

What if I have accessibility requirements?

We want this event to be accessible for everyone. Please just email us at cris@ucl.ac.uk with the details of your needs and we will make the event work for you.

What if I don't know anyone?

That's not a problem! Our team (Clarissa, Molly and our student staff) will make sure that it's a friendly and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to mingle and meet new people. There will be lots of facilitated mixing and icebreakers, but we'll also let you stay quiet if that's more you.

What if I have caring responsibilities?

We want this event to be accessible for everyone. If you need financial support to cover caring responsibilities for this and other CRIS events, we can support your application to the SU Participation Fund.

Equally, if you need to bring an infant we can accommodate this, just let us know in advance at cris@ucl.ac.uk.
