This hands-on session will give you practical tips on how to attract and support beginners—from using social media and marketing effectively, to writing friendly and easy-to-understand website content, and creating a great first impression. You'll also pick up ideas for running beginner sessions, building an inclusive environment, and keeping in touch with potential members so they stay engaged all year. Ideal for committee members who want to grow their club and make the beginner journey even better within TeamUCL.
