Session Description:
Swimming works the whole body, builds strength & endurance & doesn't put undue strain on your joints. These Lane Swimming sessions will take place in one lane of the training pool. Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.
