Join our Continued Beginner Pole Fitness Classes led by the amazing Gabby, a former UCL student who has turned her passion for pole fitness into an empowering experience for others! These sessions are perfect for those who took our beginner class last term and are ready to step it up while continuing to polish the moves they’ve already learned. This level is in between beginner and elementary and will help you to build the strength for inverts.

Gabby’s warm and approachable teaching style ensures every class is fun and encouraging. Having been in your shoes at UCL, she knows how to guide you through this next stage of your pole fitness journey. With her expert instruction, you’ll build on foundational spins, grips, and routines, while introducing more dynamic movements to challenge your strength, flexibility, and confidence.

These classes are full of encouragement, laughter, and personal growth. Gabby’s firsthand experience as a former student creates a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where you can thrive. Whether you’re looking to refine your skills, build on your progress, or explore new tricks, this class is the perfect way to elevate your pole fitness journey.

This is a block booking for 10 weekly classes on Fridays, 14:00 - 15:00 throughout Term 2, excluding reading week.
