- Hosted by Table Tennis Club
The ultimate clash for London dominance returns. As part of the historic 2026 London Varsity Series, King’s and UCL are taking their near 200-year rivalry to the tables. Whether you're a die-hard table tennis fan or just looking to see UCL get served, come down and bleed your colours.
As the two universities battle for the Jeremy George Cup, this year’s table tennis showcase highlights the elite level of talent within both squads, featuring student-athletes who represent their universities in the top tiers of the BUCS leagues.
The event features a full schedule of Men’s and Women’s singles and doubles matches, where every set serves as a crucial point toward the overall Varsity standings. The quality of play is bolstered by a truly international roster, with many competitors having previously represented their home nations in junior and senior circuits across Europe and Asia. This global diversity brings a variety of playing styles to the table - making for a high-speed spectacle that is as much about mental endurance as it is about technical skill.
What to Expect:
- Tickets will be checked on the door.
- No food or drink is allowed in the venue, other than sealed water bottles.
- All spectators are expected to follow behaviour standards outlined in the Spectator Code of Conduct, which you will receive after purchase of your ticket. A zero tolerance approach will be taken to breach of these standards.
With over 30 fixtures and 45 points across 8 days, it’s all the play for! Want to know more about our rivalry with King’s College? Check out the 2026 Varsity event page here.
