Rats of Raven City

Raven City. What begins as comedic and casual conversations slowly distorts into a story of struggle and hope. The play explores the struggles of the four teens and their undying fight to survive in a world that suppresses them and tosses them aside like rats. A thief, a gang member, an alcoholic and a sister desperately trying to keep her sick brother alive are all bound by their hope and loyalty to each other which fades as the play progresses. The Rats of Raven City is a story of corruption and survival as well as the slow disintegration of morality. Right or wrong is tossed aside in such an environment as they battle for a better future.
