Led by UCL200 Artist in Residence, this practical workshop will use a fast-paced collage approach to making costume elements out of card, paint and textile. In a flamboyant, bold and sculptural style of costume making.

Wear messy clothes for art-making.
No prior making experience necessary!

The costumes we make may be used in a performance at Bloomsbury Theatre on 2nd October 2026 as part of the UCL200 programme of events. Check out the other workshops going on during Fringe week to get involved in the performances too! Pattern of Music workshop / Pattern of Movement Workshop

You can further be a part of this project by applying to take part in painting the backdrops in situ at the Bloomsbury Theatre in June / July! Find more information and apply here https://studentsunionucl.org/product/202023
