Your £6 ticket includes:

  • A guided tour of the bakery and on-site mill, with explanations of the milling process, bread-making, and the E5 ethos.
  • A tasting session with one of the bakers, featuring a selection of E5 breads and insight into flavour, fermentation, and technique.
  • A practical bread-shaping workshop, where you’ll shape your own loaf to take home and bake.
  • The chance to watch the bakers shape a full batch of dough and see professional techniques up close.
