At the Community Research Initiative, we are always looking for ways to celebrate! Especially when it comes to our students and local Community Partners who have spent the summer collaborating on a piece of research.
Important information update about the event location: the event will be taking place in room 511 at the UCL East Marshgate Building (7 Sidings St, London E20 2AE). The reception portion of the event will take place in the same building at the floor 4 project space.
What can I expect from the event?
We are thrilled to bring together our students, community partners, and wider UCL and London community to celebrate the core of what we do within CRIS: creating knowledge together. Our showcase this year will take us to our UCL East Campus where we will hear from our students, staff, and community partners who have participated in our programmes during the 2023-24 academic year.
You can expect a series of talks, engaging panels, a live illustrator, and a poster session showing all of the exciting ways that we have connected community to classroom throughout the year.
After the program ends, join us for a drink and snack reception at the beautiful One Pool Street Atrium. We will toast to another year of research and engagement with and for the community.
