Join us to create an exhibition in a day as part of the artsUCL fringe festival, led by artist Emily Swan.
Designed as a space for experimentation, this event invites students to create new work in just one day. It’s an opportunity to step outside your usual practice, try something different, and respond to ideas quickly, all within a supportive, low-pressure environment!
Throughout the day, Emily will offer guidance, prompts, and feedback to help shape your ideas as they develop. The focus is on exploration rather than perfection, encouraging a sense of play and openness in the making process.
The day will conclude with an informal exhibition of the work produced, celebrating spontaneity, creativity, and the energy of making something from start to finish in a single day!
