🚀 EIE Product Management Workshop Series: From Idea to MVP 💯

Join EIE for an interactive three-part Product Management workshop series designed to take you from “What does a PM actually do?” to a strategy, MVP, and roadmap you can confidently ship. If you’re curious about product roles, building startups, or leading tech projects, this series will help you think in terms of users, outcomes, and evidence—not just features and deadlines.

Across three sessions, you’ll work in teams, apply practical industry frameworks, and create portfolio-ready artefacts you can use for interviews, side projects, or your own ventures—from target segments and personas to market maps, sizing, and a six-week delivery slice.

Workshop #1 - Product Management Foundations & Target Market

Join us for the first workshop in the series, where you’ll demystify what Product Managers actually do and learn how to think beyond features to focus on user outcomes and real problems worth solving. If you’re curious about product roles or want to bring more structure to your ideas, this session will ground you in the core mindset of product thinking.

What you’ll learn:

  • What a PM does day to day and how product vs project mindsets differ.
  • Predictive vs adaptive thinking, and why great PMs embrace uncertainty.
  • How to segment a market and create proto-personas as decision tools.
  • How to write Jobs to be Done job stories for real user situations.
  • How to frame a clear problem statement, map assumptions, and define North Star and guardrail metrics.
