Why is the MBTI a global phenomenon in business and popular culture while the Big Five model dominates academic research? Are they competing frameworks or complementary tools? This panel brings together two world-class experts, Professor Konstantinos V. Petrides and John Hackston, for an insightful conversation on how we measure something as complex as human personality. Join us as we explore the scientific origins, practical applications, and core philosophies of these two influential models, moving beyond “which is better?” to ask “what is each tool best used for?”
