Yarn, Women's History Month, and Charity: Join Knitting Society and Women's Network for our Fundraiser Collab in honour of Women's History Month!
We are hosting a fundraising event with all ticket proceeds going to Sunshine Action UK, a poverty relief charity that distributes Fortune Bags filled with food and sanitary essentials to homeless and low income individuals. They work closely with UCL, having previously packed 300 bags at our student centre! Your single ticket will cover around 70% of the cost for a Fortune Bag, so please join us in supporting their cause ☀️.
We will be making spring themed projects, with KnitSoc providing the patterns and materials! So come along and learn how to knit or crochet a spring item whilst contributing to a meaningful cause 💐 🐰
