Do you have a bunch of old clothes lying around that you want to make better use of? Are you morally and financially opposed to buying new clothes for every single performance?
For 28 Days of Sustainability, we’re running an upcycling workshop to turn old clothes or fabric scraps into stage ready outfits. Instead of throwing out those scraps, save them and put them together into something new!
Sewing help and patterning tutorials will be provided and more information for how best to use this session will be posted on our socials (@ucldragsoc) closer to the date.
We will have a number of needles, thread, buttons, etc. We will also have some clothing and fabric but it’s heavily encouraged you bring your own.
