Mindful Society x Buddhist Society T3 collab

Exam season at UCL can be stressful. We feel that we must be productive in each minute, but what we often need most, for our personal and academic lives, is a break. This is why we created Mindful Lunch Hour Destress & Restart lunch break, a volunteer-led initiative led by experienced student meditation practitioners, designed to provide relaxation in Term 3. We offer sessions each week in term 3 on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 29/04 . Our sessions involve a 30-minute lunchtime meditation – mainly mindfulness or breathwork – followed by an community bring-your-own-lunch in Gordon Square (depending on the weather!). We hope that you join us then!
