Introduction

Affiliated Student Media outlets have agreed to follow our Editors' Code, which sets a framework for best journalistic practice and is based on industry standards.

If you feel a group, publication, or individual journalist may have broken this code of conduct, please use the form below to lodge a complaint.

Complaints will be sent to the Editor of the respective publication first. If you feel their response is not sufficient or you do not get a response within 10 working days, you can escalate your complaint to the Students' Union.

NOTE: As well as being media organisations regulated by our Editors' Code, student media groups are student-led societies, regulated through the Club and Society regulations. If you wish to complain about the conduct of the group or its committee, please should follow the Club and Society complaints process outlined here.
