Ceesay Nursery and Primary School is a charity run entirely by unpaid UK volunteers with support from a small team of paid staff in the Gambia.
We help poor and orphaned kids in the Gambia to go to school.
At the Nursery School, we aim to provide crucial Early Years Education, Family Health Education, Women's Enterprise Support and a nutritious daily meal to local children and their families.
We also match educational sponsors to carefully selected older children and support their education right up to their completion of Upper Basic School and in some cases, Further and Higher education.
