Description

To help make individuals feel less isolated by bringing people together as a group and also improving general health and well-being through physical exercise.

By running a fun physical activity on Zoom, you can help to make people feel healthier more connected.

Accessible activities are our main priority i.e. targeted at people with a learning disability or autism.

Duties

You will help to carry out a fun physical activity on Zoom, such as:

  • Zumba
  • Boxercise
  • Fun Aerobics
  • Any kind of dance class
  • Yoga
Training
• Induction to Centre 404
• Safeguarding Training

Time commitment

Flexible (one-off and short-term volunteering is possible but we’d prefer to have a regular commitment)
