Description

Volunteers will join our team to develop and enhance their customer service skills within a retail environment, plus learn to work as part of a team to maximise the shop's potential and raise as much money as possible for Oxfam's work to end poverty and suffering.

Duties

Receiving, sorting, and pricing donated stock; visually merchandising the shop floor to enhance its appeal; offering fantastic and friendly customer service to shoppers; and potential to learn till operation.

Who will the volunteers be working with?
The volunteers will interact with customers on the shop floor and with other volunteers in the back room whilst sorting and pricing donations.
Training
Full training is provided.

Time commitment

Minimum 1 4 hour shift per week for a minimum of 3 months.
