Healthwatch Camden
We are a valuable voice in health and social care in Camden. We give out information and advice and champion equality for local people. We have the power to influence the delivery and design of local services, and work in partnership with local organisations. We help shape local services not just for the people who use them, but also for anyone who might need to in future.
Description

Healthwatch Camden provides a collective voice for health and social care users in Camden. We collaborate with the voluntary and community sector to disseminate information, gather views and experience. In partnership with other local organisations, we also undertake focused research and gather evidence. We use this evidence to influence local policy.

We are looking for volunteers with some prior exposure or experience in research methodologies, to contribute to HWC’s research projects.  

Duties

As a volunteer, you can take part in:

- Contributing to the literature drafts under supervision of the projects lead

- Supporting data collection and analysis

- Support finalisation of reports to be presented to policymakers in Camden

Time commitment

Volunteers will either be based remotely, or in-person and required for a minimum of 4hrs per week.
