Curious, motivated, reliable, and excited to learn. No experience needed—just enthusiasm and a commitment to positive impact. Disabled students and students from all backgrounds are warmly encouraged to apply.
Duties can vary
- Help organise project documents, schedules, and shared folders.
- Update spreadsheets, contact lists, and respond to basic enquiries.
- Assist with meeting notes, action points, and tracking deadlines.
- Create simple digital assets such as social graphics, posters, and slides.
- Draft short copy for social media and help schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement and collect basic analytics.
- Support outreach to universities, partners, and community groups.
- Edit short video clips for social media, adding captions and simple transitions.
- Organise raw footage, export files, and prepare content for upload.
- Capture behind-the-scenes clips during events (if assigned).Checking in the audience
