Newham Council Volunteering
We are a Council led programme with great volunteering opportunities on offer.  Working in collaboration with the Students' Union UCL Volunteering Service we're promoting specific volunteering opportunities directly supported by us within the Borough of Newham. 
Description

Plan and deliver fun and informative Lego Club sessions for children ages 4 - 11 in Beckton Library in east London. Build your confidence and gain experience with working with children in a supportive and fun team.

Duties

Plan and deliver fun and informative Lego Club sessions for children ages 4 - 11.


- Plan interactive sessions to encourage children to complete fun Lego challenges.
- Encourage children to explore STEM activities in an informal and engaging way.
- Welcome attendees.
- Set up and pack away Lego.

All Lego will be provided. You will be supported to develop activities.

Time commitment

You are welcome to volunteer once or twice a week depending on your availability
- Wednesday 3.30 - 5.30pm
- Saturday 3.30 - 5.30pm
