How you’ll make a difference

Do you enjoy being part of amazing experiences that help others create memorable memories, and want to be part of the iconic TCS London Marathon? This is the role for you.

We’d like you to offer your time to help us cheer on our incredible GOSH Charity runners who are taking on the London Marathon. By joining the GOSH Charity team you’ll help to create an amazing atmosphere along the route, keeping our runners motivated.

We are looking for a group of individuals to join and support our amazing Challenge Events team. The Challenge Events team sits within GOSH Charity’s Mass Participation team. Duties

You will be supporting TeamGOSH participants at one of our three cheer stations on the day. All of our cheer stations are based in London, and your role will be to cheer on our runners as they pass, helping us given them a fantastic on the day experience and an extra boost to get them across the finish line.

Exact roles and timings will be allocated closer to the event day, however all our volunteers are valuable and important in making the event a success. Our cheer station locations are;

  • Cutty Sark (Mile 7) – Approx timings 9am – 1.30pm
  • Crossharbour (Mile 17) – Approx timings 11am - 4pm
  • Embankment (Mile 24) – Approx timings (Group 1; 11.30am-3.30pm, Group 2; 2.30pm-6.30pm)
