The Move and Sketch initiative is tailored for women aged 18 and above, representing diverse ethnic backgrounds within East London's community. Our goal is to enhance fitness and activity levels through weekly 3-hour outdoor walking sessions paired with creative sketching or drawing activities. We plan to evaluate the programme's impact through community and participant research, seeking insights to refine and optimize its implementation. We are currently seeking a volunteer to support the organisation gathering data, analyse it and provide recommendations for potential programme enhancements or adjustments for future versions. |
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, identify patterns, differences, and correlations in the data to identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying gaps in data and conducting research, interviews and focus groups to increase understanding in these areas.
- Researching similar projects in other boroughs/cities/organisations to identify different models/approaches to managing the scheme.
- Document findings: Summarize research findings in clear and concise reports. Present findings to relevant stakeholders, including community members and Trapped in the Zone staff.
- Develop recommendations: Based on research findings, collaborate with the organisation team to develop actionable recommendations for program enhancements or modifications.
