Description
Age UK Islington runs a varied and busy programme of activities across the borough. It is vital that we accurately record attendances and client information on our database to enable us to contact clients about future events and ensure our mailing list is kept up to date. It is also essential for us to run reports to continuously monitor and improve the service as well as for reporting purposes
Duties
This role would involve entering data of activities attendances and new clients on our database and otherwise helping out where needed. We use Dynamics 365 as our CRM system. Training will be provided.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
Volunteers would be based in our office together with staff and other volunteers from Age UK Islington. They would have the opportunity to meet new people and learn how it is working in a busy office environment.
Time commitment
2-4 hours once a week
