Muay Thai, which is a martial art from Thailand is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, having gained Olympic recognition recently in the last few years. It incorporates punches, elbows, kicks and knees.This 90 minute training session will consist of a warm up, padwork and some conditioning to end the session.This session is a general level session so is open to anyone!
