Come try out 'the art of the eight limbs'!Muay Thai, which is a martial art from Thailand is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, having gained Olympic recognition recently in the last few years. It incorporates punches, elbows, kicks and knees.This 1 hour taster session will give you an insight into what we do in our regular 90 minute sessions: warm up, padwork, conditioning etc.
