What You’ll Do
No two days are the same! You’ll be part of our Operations Team, making sure every event, meeting, and conference runs smoothly by:
- Setting up and organising event rooms & AV equipment
- Preparing, serving, and clearing refreshments
- Welcoming and supporting guests
- Keeping rooms spotless and guest-ready
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile
Who We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn — hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- All roles need good communication skills, able to carry out light lifting and carrying duties, must be reliable and punctual. You’ll need to be flexible to work in the evenings, and some weekend shifts (rotas provided in advance).
Details
- Guaranteed 8 hours/week minimum, worked during days, mostyl evenings and weekends, flexibility will be important. Some additional overtime hours also available. Fixed term contracts- starting on Tuesday 1 September, ending 15 December 2026

Key Dates
