We support students from around the world to achieve their potential and attend the best universities in the UK, including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, and LSE. 

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Mandarin-speaking Marketing Assistant to support our high-end G5 admissions and education consultancy business, working with high-achieving international students.

This is an ideal role for a university student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, international client engagement, and premium education services.

The Role

You will support marketing and outreach to students and families across China and the wider Chinese-speaking market, helping to grow our presence in this key market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Chinese-language marketing campaigns (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
  • Creating and editing short-form video content for social media
  • Translating and adapting marketing materials (English ↔ Chinese)
  • Supporting outreach to prospective students and parents
  • Helping manage social media accounts and content creation
  • Conducting light market research on trends in Chinese education markets
  • Supporting events, webinars, and client communications

 

Job description

About You

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Currently studying at a UK university (or recent graduate)
  • Interest in marketing, education, or international business
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to edit simple videos for publication on social media

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or Chinese social platforms
  • Prior marketing or social media experience
  • Understanding of Oxbridge / UK university applications
  • Comfortable working with both Simplified and Traditional Chinese (preferred)
