Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to announce our Project Active Swim sessions at the iconic London Aquatics Centre.
Lane swimming is superb exercise, it works the whole body, builds strength & endurance & doesn't put undue strain on your joints.
These sessions will take place in the two lanes (7b and 8b) in training pool. The pool safety rules can be found by clicking here.
Bags and towels will not be allowed on poolside (excluding mesh bags for any training equipment).
Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Ability: You will need to be able to swim 50m comfortably, this session is not instructed by a teacher. The speed of the lane will be 'Slow / Medium'. These sessions are not appropriate if you are a fast lane swimmer.
