External Speaker Event! Dr. Konstantinos Flevaris: Dynamical Modelling and Bioprocess Optimization in Alternative Proteins

We have invited in Dr. Konstantinos Flevaris from Imperial's Bezos Centre for Sustainable Proteins to talk about his research in dynamical modelling and bioprocess optimization used in the alternative proteins field. A short description of him is given below.

I hold an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, where I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher. My research focuses on the dynamic modelling and optimisation of bioprocesses, with applications in alternative protein production and mammalian cell culture. I also develop computational frameworks for the analysis of omics datasets, including glycomics, to support bioprocessing and healthcare applications.
