Description
Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice provides essential care and support to children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. We are deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our volunteer community. We are seeking motivated volunteers to help us by conducting a comprehensive literature review focusing on exploring effective strategies, cases and approaches to increase the participation of volunteers from underrepresented backgrounds.
We encourage volunteers of all backgrounds to apply, especially those with lived experiences that align with the goals of this project.
Duties
- Reviewing academic articles, organizational reports, and case studies to identify barriers and solutions to increasing diversity in volunteerism.
- Summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations in a structured report.
- Collaborating with the team to share insights that will inform our outreach and engagement strategies.
- Attending fortnightly meetings

Within the 2–3-month period, a couple of hours a week, akin to a part-time basis
