As a rapidly growing global nonprofit with a large network of entrepreneurs, professionals and students, we are developing and maintaining web services that handle a large influx of confidential data on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for System Admin experts who have experience with managing team collaboration and productivity platforms like Meta Workplace, Google Workspace and Azure AD. The System Admin Volunteer will work closely with Global System Admin Manager and Global Technology Head in upcoming Projects..

Duties

Responsibilities

  • User/ role management. - Onboard and offboard volunteers across team collaboration and productivity platforms across the whole BfE network.
  • Platform management. - Update configurations of different team collaboration and productivity platforms when it is necessary.
  • System automation. - Assist the System Admin team to automate some of its work via writing and deploying scripts (languages are flexible, prefer Shell Script or Python).
  • Newsletter management. - subscribe users to BfE newsletter.
  • Restore WordPress backup as required when plugin gets updated

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to BfE's cause
  • Passion in Cloud, Security and IT and care about quality
  • Experiences in managing team collaboration and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Meta Workplace and Azure preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Care about quality and delivery
  • Highly organised, can work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and always keen to stay up-to-date with latest tools and practices relevant to Cloud and Automation
  • This role is open to students and working professionals. There are no geographical restrictions.
