We are recruiting a part-time Telephonist to join our team.
Priority will be given to candidates who live locally and can work flexible hours. Students welcome.
Based in the heart of vibrant Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an airport transfer company. Serving over 150,000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone, email and live chat
Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time
Assigning and reassigning drivers as appropriate to ensure timely delivery of service

Good telephone manner
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility a definite advantage
Must have a customer focused approach and excellent customer services skills
Days & Times
Friday and Sunday 8am-5pm
Some evening shifts and additional holiday cover shifts may also be available.
Experience is not essential for this role as full training will be given, but a positive approach is.
Location: Shoreditch, 2 minutes walk from Haggerston Overground Station
Salary: £13 per hour
