25/26 Urbanest Kings Cross single room tenancy takeover,

Hello, I’m a postgrad student staying at Urbanest Kings Cross. I’m gonna leave by the end of May, and my tenancy lasts until early September.

I hope to find another “UCL postgrad” who is interested in a little upgrade for their accommodation. I know it’s late, so I offer to cover 50% of the rent, which it’s only around 150PW!!!

I have a huge clothes rack, an air fryer, and some useful stuff. Feel free to take them if needed!
