I'm looking for another undergraduate student to take over my contract for a Studio at New Hall, from January to June 2026. This is a UCL-managed accommodation building so all bills included.
It's a studio so you would have your own bathroom and kitchen area. The bed is a small double (3/4).
The building itself is literally a 15 second walk from the closest grocery store, and 30 seconds from the closest Tube stop which is Caledonian Road (Zone 2, Piccadilly Line). It's 20 mins by tube to get to main campus, 35 mins by bus. If you're keen on walking it takes 40 mins.
There is 24/7 security and lift access.
I've lived in this building for a while now and honestly, everyone is super lovely. I am only moving out to move in with family, and so am looking for someone to take over my contract.
