Summer Tenancy Takeover- Twin Studio at Aldgate East

Hi! 👋 I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy in Unite Students’ Drapery Place from 1 June to 12 September.

This offer is for one person in a twin studio room. The room includes a private kitchen, large bathroom, study desk, TV, air‑conditioning/heating, bar desk, and plenty of storage. If helpful, I can also leave my fan, extra mattress, storage rack, and cooking utensils.

The building offers great facilities (you can check their website), including a free gym.

The location is unbeatable- 3 minutes to Aldgate East, 5 minutes to Aldgate, and 15 minutes to Tower Bridge. It’s perfect for summer students who want to explore London while studying, with easy travel to most campuses and tourist spots.

A female tenant is preferred. My current roommate is very friendly, respectful, and also a university student.

You will sign the contract directly with Unite Students, so the process is safe, transparent, and involves no personal payments to me.
